Welcome to our awesome camper which has been newly kitted out in 2020. All the interior fittings are brand new.
Great camper for up to three!
There are three seatbelts on board, and one queen bed in the back - so it's perfect for a couple, or two adults and one child. Being a high roof Hiace, you have that little bit more head space inside the cabin than a normal HIace.
Dining / Living and Kitchen Area:
The bench seats and table in the rear are perfect for dining and preparing your meals. The clever design helps to maximise space, and you can easily transition from the living area to the kitchen thanks to the high roof. Standing height inside is roughly 1.6m.
There is a 2-burner gas cooker included, as well as a whistle kettle, coffee plunger and 4KG gas bottle...AND a sink with running cold water. We provide you with all your cooking equipment and dining ware - cutlery, coffee cups, tumblers, wine glasses, chopping board, salt & pepper shakers, etc.
LIBBY 2 has been designed to maximise storage and there is clever shelving, hooks, hatches and hanging storage to help you manage space but also have things at the ready.
Sleeping Arrangement:
The dining / living area converts easily to a cosy bed at night.
The standard queen bed dimensions are 1.5m X 1.84m. We do include fresh linen - sheets, blankets, pillows and towels (shower and beach) for your trip.
Warm in the Winter, Cool in the Summer:
You will feel warm and cosy at night, as we have also fully insulated the walls and roof of the vehicle. We also include polyester insulation boards for the windows, which keeps the vehicle cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter - and at night you will benefit from thermally lined curtains to keep all the warmth inside. We have also professionally tinted the rear windows of the vehicle for added privacy.
Great, easy to drive vehicle:
The vehicle has automatic transmission, and is very easy to drive with great handling and power steering. There is aircon in the main cabin and rear cabin while vehicle is running to keep you cool during beautiful Summer drives.
You also have the convenience of a power inverter which means you can charge any 240v device while the camper is running...and use it when you’ve parked up!
Also fitted is a solar charging system to keep the house battery topped up.
Bonus extras:
The vehicle has a brand new double din Stereo kit (and speakers) with the following mod cons:
- Sat Nav (for GPS navigation)
- Reversing Camera - very rare for this type of vehicle to have
- Bluetooth - great for streaming your favourite road trip tunes!
- Handsfree phone (bluetooth)
- Four USB points for charging your devices
- Four LED lights in the vehicle
- x2 rear speakers in the kitchen (so you can chill out and cook at the same time)
- The vehicle has an outdoor, vehicle mounted awning, great for dining outdoors or relaxing by the beach...and it’s safely secured while you drive.
- We also provide a folding 1.2m outdoor table, two picnic chairs as well a picnic blanket and a clothes line system (so your towel and swim gear is dry for the next days adventures).
- A set of playing cards and a couple of books...ready for when you relax.
Freedom Camping:
This vehicle is fully certified self-contained, with a porta potty on board which is easily accessed when the bed is made up and a Waeco 20L fridge/cooler. You will have the opportunity to freedom camp when not staying at holiday parks.

Insurance
The vehicle is insured by the SHAREaCAMPER Insurance.
Bond
The security bond for this vehicle is NZD 3,500.00. It can be reduced to NZD 500.00 by selecting the Bond Saver Package. The security bond of the selected package will only be taken out of your credit card in the event of a damage to the vehicle, its chattels or damage to any third-party property.

Cancellation Fees
The SHAREaCAMPER booking fee is non-refundable.

7 to 0 days before the Pick-up Date (including by failing to pick up the Vehicle): 100% of the Rental Charges
