On handover we will go over how everything works and will provide written instructions for ease of use.
Can arrange pick up and drop off at Tauranga Airport or can deliver Motorhome within a reasonable radius. (charges may apply) We can supply off street parking if you would like to leave your car with us.
We are flexible with Pick up and Drop off times with enough notice. If you have any queries please ask, we will try our best to accommodate you.

Will provide Kitchen basics - Salt/Pepper/Oil/Tea/ Coffee/Sugar Sachets/Tea Towel/Washing up liquid/Dish Brush/Soap/Kettle/Pots/Pan.
TV works with DVDs (happy to supply own stash if interested) or has an outlet for USB.
Bike Rack fits 2 x Bikes.
Head unit has apple and android Car Play so super easy to connect phone using bluetooth or via cable. This enables you to handsfree call or play music. (The reverse camera also works from this)
Additional Costs for Extras:
Linen - $20. Sheets/Duvet/Blankets/Pillows for Super King and Double bed for above the cab.
4 x Bathroom Towels - Renter to supply own beach towels.
Baby Webber bbq - $50. Must be returned clean. Or can supply outdoor gas burner for no charge.
Quick Fit side tent that attaches to the awning - $50. Will provide more information if interested.

The black and grey water tanks must be emptied before return.The cassette toilet must be rinsed out after it's been emptied at the dump site. If it is left unclean there is a $200.00 fee to dispose of the waste.
No cooking of strong odours in the Motorhome.
Vehicle is to be returned in a tidy state with full diesel and a full LPG bottle of gas.
Road User Charges $0.09 per km.($9 for every 100km) To be paid by bank transfer or in cash on return.
Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

No gravel roads or off roading permitted.

Pick Up & Drop Off
Please liaise with the owner to arrange a mutually suitable time and location for Pick Up/Drop Off.
Insurance
The vehicle is insured by the SHAREaCAMPER Insurance.
Bond
The security bond for this vehicle is NZD 4,000.00. It can be reduced to NZD 500.00 by selecting the Bond Saver Package. The security bond of the selected package will only be taken out of your credit card in the event of a damage to the vehicle, its chattels or damage to any third-party property.

Cancellation Fees
The SHAREaCAMPER booking fee is non-refundable.
90 days or more before the Pick-up Date: No fee
90 to 31 days before the Pick-up Date: 25% of the Rental Charges
30 to 8 day before the Pick-up Date: 50% of the Rental Charges
7 to 0 days before the Pick-up Date (including by failing to pick up the Vehicle): 100% of the Rental Charges
90 to 31 days before the Pick-up Date: 25% of the Rental Charges
