Spirit of the West

We are hiring out our Coromal Low-Line caravan from our family to yours. Sleeps up to 5 with one double bed, three small bunk beds and the dining area that seats 5-8 with ample storage inside. Tubs are provided for storage of clothing, so no need for the hassle of suitcases being in the way!

Rates: $50 service fee (once-off for entire rental period) plus daily rates:
- In season: $110/day, minimum 2 days. (WA school holidays, public holiday weekends)
- Out of season $90/day

All prices include insurance.

The caravan has a fully equipped kitchen with all the cutlery and crockery needed.

Features include:
• Double bed at one end and the three bunk beds on the opposite end
• Easy-to-set-up Awning plus full Annex
• Heater to keep warm in winter
• Internal and external lighting
• 4 burner stovetop with extraction fan
• Oven
• Microwave ( AC only )
• Fridge ( 240V AC, 12V DC, Gas )
• Battery operated fans for the warmer days and nights
• Caravan contains Plates, cups, cutlery, cooking implements
• Set up only takes a few minutes

Other optional items (amounts cover entire rental period):
• Clean sheets: $20 (otherwise must supply your own)
• Bike rack: $20
• Portable electric brake controller: $25
• Side mirrors for towing: $20
• Outside picnic table: $10

Towing requirements:
- ATM 1380kg
- Tare 1040kg (when empty)
- Tow ball weight: 120kg (down force on tow ball)

Please check your car towing capabilities prior to booking. Most SUV's and 4X4 would be able to tow this caravan, but if you give me the info on the towing car I can check for you.

An electric brake controller is required for to the towing vehicle. Available for hire: $25 for the rental period.

* Minimum 3 night booking over public holiday long weekends.
* Not suitable for Off-road use.
* No smoking inside or within 2m of the caravan or the annex.
* No pets inside the caravan. Pets upon application in the annex only.
* Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises and must be TOTALLY clean and dry before packing away.
* Caravan must be return cleaned if not paid for extra cleaning cost.
* Fridge and oven must be cleaned inside if used upon the return of the caravan.

* Not for off-road camping.

You can pick up the vehicle at 8 a.m.

Please drop off the vehicle at noon

Please liaise with the owner to arrange a mutually suitable time and location for Pick Up/Drop Off.

The vehicle is insured by the SHAREaCAMPER Insurance.

The security bond for this vehicle is AUD 2,500.00. It can be reduced to AUD 500.00 by selecting the Premium Insurance. The bond will be processed through SHAREaCAMPER's secure payment system.In the likelihood that there is no damage to the vehicle, the bond will be released for repayment back into your account seven days after the conclusion of travel.
