Pick up and drop off other than Dunedin is by arrangement only and will incure an additional charge.

These can only be used when connected to mains power at a campground and not whilst freedom camping.

Please look after our motorhome as if it were your own:

When you receive our motorhome everything is ready to go, it has been thoroughly cleaned. The linen and bedding will have been professionally cleaned. We can provide new linen for an additional cost, Diesel filled, LPG fill, Water filled, waste water tank emptied, cleaned, sanitized and ready for your trip of a lifetime.

Expectations on return.
Motorhome tidied and cleaned (all dishes cleaned and put away, benches wiped down, bathroom cleaned, floors swept and all rubbish removed, Diesel and LPG filled, Empty waste tanks, toilet cassettes, leave water with what's in it.

Return our motorhome in the pre rented condition you collected in.
If the camper isn't returned in it pre rented condition, you will be charged $40 per item,
also any additional charges to refill diesel, gas, empty toilet cassettes, gray water. You will be liable for all/any additional costs incurred.

There is an 13cent per 1km RUC (as on all diesel in nz above 3500kg)

Tolls roads in NZ are computerised it's not the easiest system when you are on holiday. We'll pay for it and an honesty system applies. however the system only allows 7 days to make full payment! if there not paid in 7day. you will be charged any additional charge. if you don't inform us of your toll payments before the 7 days you will be liable for the late fees we incur. You can reimburse us on your return any toll fees incurred.

Tow bar is for bike rack use only.

You can pick up the vehicle at 10 a.m.

Please drop off the vehicle at 10 a.m.

Please liaise with the owner to arrange a mutually suitable time and location for Pick Up/Drop Off.

The vehicle is insured by the SHAREaCAMPER Insurance.

The security bond for this vehicle is NZD 4,500.00. It can be reduced to NZD 500.00 by selecting the Bond Saver Package. The security bond of the selected package will only be taken out of your credit card in the event of a damage to the vehicle, its chattels or damage to any third-party property.
