This campervan allows you the ability to make spontaneous decisions without having to book or cancel accommodation and to sleep in stunning remote spots.
The Adventure 001 is big enough to make a comfy and adaptable internal space. However, it is maneuverable and small enough to park down-town in any New Zealand city car park. This camper drives amazingly well on the highways and small tight windy roads. Being automatic, it feels like you are driving a car.
The Adventure 001 is Certified Self-Contained (CSC ). Refer to the blue sticker located on the vehicle. The CSC opens up 300+ free camp sites all over New Zealand. These CSC specific campervan sites range from some beautiful mountains, lakes, rivers, wineries, bike trails, towns and beaches. The CSC also means your camping experience is an eco- and environmentally-friendly way to be a responsible camper and leave nature in pristine condition… just as you found it. Take photographs, leave foot prints.

For this vehicle Road User Charges (RUC - Diesel tax) are $0.07 per km ($7 per 100km). This is payable in cash at drop off. In New Zealand diesel + RUC is cheaper per km than unleaded petrol in NZ. At time of writing Petrol is NZD$2.10 p/l and Diesel is $1.40 p/l.

Travel Restrictions
No off road driving, including beaches, keep to NZ roads (note, flat gravel roads OK)
No driving to Tukino ski field (shingle/gravel)
No driving up South Island Ski Fields (shingle/gravel).
We do allow driving up Whakapapa + Turora ski fields (both are sealed roads).

Pick Up & Drop Off
Please arrange mutually times and Pick Up/Drop Off locations with each other.
Insurance
The vehicle is insured by the SHAREaCAMPER Insurance.
Bond
For this camper the security bond amounts NZD 3,000.00. You can reduce it to NZD 500.00 for per rental day. The bond will be processed through SHAREaCAMPER's secure payment system.
Cancellation Fees
The SHAREaCAMPER booking fee is non-refundable.
90 days or more before the Pick-up Date: No fee
90 to 31 days before the Pick-up Date: 25% of the Rental Charges
30 to 8 day before the Pick-up Date: 50% of the Rental Charges
7 to 0 days before the Pick-up Date (including by failing to pick up the Vehicle): 100% of the Rental Charges
